Step 1: Survey Development

First, we build a draft survey customized to your brand and marketing needs and identify the customer sets we will be surveying. Then, our team will work closely with you to make modifications until a final survey is approved, ensuring we retain proven methodologies for statistically sound data output.

Step 2: Survey Deployment

Based on your customer sets, we determine the best execution methods for the web-based surveys: We will either email web links for the survey out to customers or deploy iPads with access to the survey to selected locations. (For maximum customer participation, we can use both web links and iPad surveys.)

Then, we set an execution timeframe and a minimum survey completion goal that increases awareness and execution.

Step 3: Data Analysis

The raw customer data is collected directly from the surveys and tabulated through powerful software. Next, the information is analyzed to reveal any tendencies, indices, trends, and cross-tab nuances that may be important in the data interpretation. Then, we export key data points into easy-to-read charts and graphs.

Any additional customer data that may be important to your team for other purposes, like email addresses, is organized into Microsoft Excel or CSV files and released.

Step 4: Executive Recommendation

The final deliverable is an executive report that includes key data points, consumable charts and graphs, data interpretations, and data-informed recommendations. Other information, like cross tab charts and raw data, can be provided upon request.

Finally, we compose a PowerPoint presentation and personally walk you through our executive recommendations. We hope you walk away from this process feeling prepared and empowered to take action with the survey results!
